Spearmint Tea / Extract
Androgen reduction

Clinical trials show spearmint significantly reduces free testosterone levels in women with PCOS. Helps reduce unwanted hair growth (hirsutism) and acne. Two cups of tea daily or an extract supplement.

Fertility support

Folate (Methylfolate)
Essential before conception

Critical for neural tube development. Choose methylfolate over folic acid for better absorption, especially for women with MTHFR gene variants. Begin 3 months before trying to conceive.

CoQ10
Egg quality

Supports mitochondrial function in eggs, improving egg quality — especially important for women over 35. Shown to improve IVF outcomes. Dose: 400–600mg daily of ubiquinol form.
